 For Time:

  •                     50 ab mat sit-ups,
  •                     40 double unders,
  •                     30 push-ups (hand release),
  •                     20 calorie row,
  •                     10 burpee pull-ups,
  •                     10 knees to elbows,
  •                     20 calorie row,
  •                     30 push-ups,
  •                     40 double unders,
  •                     50 air squats!
