B.) 12 – 9 – 6 reps for time of:

  • Thrusters (120/90),
  • Ring Dips

Tuesday

A.) Sumo Deadlift: 3-3-3

B.) 4 rounds – 3 min on, 1 min off for A.M.R.A.P.

  • 4 sumo deadlift highpull (95/65),
  • 6 burpee box jumps (24/20),
  • 10 v-ups
