A.) Over-head Squat:  10(50%), 10(60%), 10+(70%)

B.) 4 rounds for time of:

  • •3 muscle-ups (scale = 3 c2b pull-ups and 3 ring dips),
  • •10 wall ball (20#/14#),
  • •15 abmat sit-ups,
  • •Run 200 meters
